Lindsay was hired to sell a property that was part of an estate liquidation. A third of the vested parties chose to make every single aspect of this transaction contentious through greed, dominance, childishness, vindictiveness, and overall making communication as difficult as possible. Throughout it all, Lindsay maintained her professionalism and dedication to seeing the sale through, which in the end she achieved to the satisfaction of the other two thirds of the parties (the mature and intelligent ones). I do know that Lindsay was tempted on at least one occasion to walk away and wash her hands of the whole affair, and I would not have blamed her in the slightest for doing so. But she didn't, and I am forever grateful to her for her steadfast determination in the face of completely unwarranted and unnecessary challenges. I am a few years late in writing this, but my feelings have remained the same. I would absolutely hire Lindsay again, and would recommend her to anyone seeking excellence in a realtor.

Lindsay is simply amazing. It was amazing to work with her. She stuck with us and stayed in touch and provided market updates and answered questions for YEARS before we were ready to sell our home and buy a new property. Always prompt and always professional and follows up and does what she says she will do. She holds you accountable and ensures you actually read and understand the paper work and stay on top of your tasks as a client. Can’t wait til we have another project to go after.
